Eggciting Easter Weekend at Kandima Maldives: A Holiday to Remember
This year's Easter weekend in Maldives was filled with exciting adventures. Everyone hopped on over to Kandima Maldives for a delightful programme of events, where there was something for everyone to enjoy.
The team at Kandima planned a stylish holiday in Maldives this Easter weekend. With various activities that took place from 6 – 9 April 2023, there was not a dull moment at our island destination. Kandiland, our island destination's kid's club hosted numerous games for the little bunnies that visited. From Easter Egg Decorations, Egg Hunts, Bunny Crafts, to Easter Egg Piñata and decorating festive Easter Egg cookies, there was something for everyone to enjoy.
With art experts from the famed Fann Art Therapie, we conducted exclusive special string art workshops during the three-day Easter celebrations. Giving everyone a chance to learn the techniques, the workshop allowed all to create some sea-inspired artwork, or a colourful mandala. Adults and kids both took part in this oh-so-exciting art experience, and created masterpieces to take back home with them from the sunny side of life, Maldives.
There was an array of delicious breakfast and dinner options that were brought in specially for the celebrations. Each morning started with Chef's special breakfast. This included a special pancake station, delectable smoked salmon and mouth-watering Bellini, eggs benedict and freshly baked hot cross buns. The afternoons and evenings were celebrated with Easter Special High Tea and the four-course Chef's special lobster set dinner.
The highlight of the celebrations was truly the unique and fun family style Easter Bazaar. This festivity included a live DJ session and multiple treats stations, food stalls, kid's face painting and family games galore — for all to enjoy. The kids were part of a multi activity contest that was played across various sections of the Breeze Beach. With everyone of our little guests getting a surprise Easter Egg at the end, the weekend was a time to remember.
