Meet Chef James Liu
Meet Chef James Liu, our Chinese Sous Chef, who’s in charge of our specialty Sea Dragon restaurant. Coming from the city of Fushun in the Liaoning province, he helms the kitchen with dishes made using traditional Chinese techniques with a modern twist. From the famous Atlantis the Palm in Dubai, Arabia Courtyard Hotel & Spa, Jinan Shangri-la and Hongqiao Sheraton, Chef James brings a wealth of his culinary skills to Kandima Maldives.
